Idle miners don't just lose you hash — they keep billing you for it.
Average wait without a partner: 62 hours. Ours: under 48.
Field of Hash is the outsourced operations team for mining sites too small to justify a full-time technical staff — repair, monitoring, and setup, with technicians who can reach most sites within 48 hours.
Storm hits Friday night. Who actually answers?
This is what actually happens on a lot of small sites: a storm or a blown board doesn't wait for business hours, and the manufacturer's support line doesn't open until Monday either. Field of Hash answers nights, weekends, and holidays — the same emergency line, every time.
One team instead of five vendors and countless Telegram chat groups
Small sites don't have the volume to justify their own repair shop, monitoring desk, or China-side contacts. We're all three, on call.
On-site repair & maintenance
Hashboard swaps, fan and PSU repair, firmware, container upkeep, and electrical checks — routine or emergency.
Board-level ASIC repair
Hash board, power supply, and control board repair with flat-rate pricing and warranty options — including boards other shops won't touch.
Remote monitoring assistance
Uptime, temperature, power draw, and connectivity watched around the clock, with alerts before a small issue becomes a site visit — a second set of eyes alongside your own team, who stay responsible for key monitoring decisions.
Site optimization
Cooling, power distribution, and firmware tuning reviews to get more out of the hardware you already have.
Set-up, training & testing
New site or new hardware — we commission equipment, test it under load, and train your on-site staff to keep it running.
China equipment liaison
We speak the language, work the hours, and hold the relationships needed to get answers from manufacturers directly.
Site expansion & equipment sourcing
Designing a new site, or matching equipment to the one you have — we help buy, sell, and place hardware, including working out whether hydro or air-cooled fits your setup.
From report to running again
Report the issue
Call, text, or use the emergency form — tell us what's down and where.
Remote triage
We diagnose what we can remotely and dispatch a technician if hands are needed.
On-site repair
Most sites reached within 48 hours — often faster depending on location.
Verify & test
Equipment is tested under load before we call it done, not just powered back on.
We work the equipment other shops turn away
- Direct, bilingual contact with Chinese manufacturers — no waiting on a slow email chain across time zones.
- Experience with harder-to-source and harder-to-repair miner models, not just the common ones.
- Comfortable across air-cooled and hydro-cooled container types, not a single vendor's equipment.
- Parts sourced and staged in advance so a repair doesn't wait on a slow shipment.
- Smaller sites can pool purchasing through us — the kind of vendor leverage usually reserved for much bigger operators.
- Fleet performance benchmarked against anonymized industry averages, so you know where you actually stand.
- Maintenance records kept in a format that holds up for insurance, not just for us.
Miner down and no one on-site who can fix it?
Send us the details below. It goes straight to our on-call team — you don't need to track down a phone number or wait on hold.
Built for the sites everyone else overlooks
Field of Hash was developed to close the gap between small, independent mining sites and the huge farms that have international repair and manufacturer relationships, which historically only larger operators have been able to develop. That includes flare-gas and stranded-gas sites — operations reclaiming profit from gas that would otherwise go to waste by installing small Bitcoin mining operations — along with other off-grid setups, where a technician who won't make the trip for "just one container" isn't good enough. Instead of competing as a miner, we work as your outsourced operations partner. We want to help the smaller sites to hit above their weight with response times, so that one or two containers doesn't bring down your uptime.
That covers more than independent operators running their own sites. We work with small hosting facilities, energy companies running mining as part of a larger operation, and investors who own equipment but don't operate it day-to-day — anyone who needs the equipment kept running without building out a full technical team of their own.
Our team brings years of hands-on experience across data center and mining-site maintenance, from routine service contracts to emergency call-outs, with direct bilingual relationships with equipment manufacturers in China.
We work to repair everything from ASIC miners, hash boards, power supplies, and control boards, up to both air-cooled and hydro-cooled container deployments — and we are vendor-neutral, so that if you have Digital Shovel AND Antminer deployments, we are still your partner. We are built around getting equipment back online quickly.
